I love it! Just wish it was a bit bigger since I’m an adult so I could get a more arms wrapped around me feeling. ❤️
I love my turtle! He is such a sweet weight. Just right for hot summer days when I need to sooth my parasympathetic nervous system. And the clay beads are a lovely filling.
His shell is marvelous to touch and the corduroy fabric is lovely.
He can be cooled or warmed.
There is no scent.
I recommend everyone have one!

I originally got a Hugimals Sea Turtle for my autistic preschool students—but let me tell you, I use it almost every single day myself! It wraps perfectly around my shoulders and brings me so much comfort. I even packed it in my teacher bag on the last day of school so I could have it with me all summer. It’s become my go-to calming strategy and I truly love it. 💛
One of favorite things is the bumps on the shell. It’s just feels good to rub your hand over it.
I have 4 hugimals and don’t know how I survived without them. I lost a friend and the one my boys named after him has almost never left my side since his passing. The comfort I get from them when I need it and nobody is there is just amazing.
Love that it is portable and the texture is so soft.

My little sloth knows right where to place its heavy little arms. My shoulders and collar bone areas are usually areas where I feel stress reside, so, when I place my sloth on my back the arms over my shoulders, it provides a nice sense of relief! What a great design! My kids especially love seeing me walk around the house with him attached to my back haha!
Comforting and adorable… I’m considering not giving him to my grandkid!!
I wanted a big version of Sydney, but he comes only in a hugaround size, which turned out to be better! It is my first time using a weighted item, and for me there was a learning curve, but now I found the spot where he goes (right on my belly and only while sitting or lying on my back) and he will magically make me sleepy! He is so lovely, with his little eyes always starting at you, supporting you, and so so so soft! The fabric on his head and belly are especially nice. I have tried him warm (during those chilly final days of spring) and now will give him a go cold for summer. And will definitely become my companion in the dreadful experience of flying! He now has a name and is becoming my loving friend. Would totally reccomend!!
