This is hands-down, my favorite Hugimal’s product , this 8 pound super sized hugs heart pillow is totally phenomenal. I have very bad heart issues and the weight helps calm my heart rate down and my anxiety at the same time, if you are a heart patient I highly, highly recommend.. I also have the small hug heart pillow that’s 5 pounds. I love it also but I use it more for if I go places and I need the comfort, but the 8 pound size is amazing for using it home and when I’m needed to relax.. How do our weighted products work?
Similar to a big, comforting hug, the weighted pressure (aka Deep Touch Pressure) in our products brings on a relaxation response from your parasympathetic nervous system — and tamps down a fight-or-flight response from your sympathetic nervous system.
